Excellent service from Park and Bailey coulsdon, they have renewed our faith in estate agents! We made full use of all their services including Chris negotiating on our purchase which we are sure saved us more than their fee's. They achieved us the asking price which was the highest valuation we had. They do what they say they will, communication is excellent, enthusiasm amazing (particularly Rob on viewings) and the whole experience has been positive. We were so pleased to get in before Christmas which was thanks to Sue in the Progression Team who chased everything and got back to us in record time. Thank you! Our only complaint is that they recommended Cook Taylor Woodhouse for conveyancing who were terrible.
