Thank you to everyone at Park and Bailey. We all know that the housing market is not easy at the moment and in our case one potential purchaser pulled out just as we were about to exchange. But Rebecca and the team introduced a new buyer to us within a few days.Again there were problems through no fault of ours when when another buyer further down the chain failed to proceed.As can be imagined the stress of all this was huge but we got there is the end. We are in our new home. We would also like to thank Sue in the progression office for her help and support and her constant chasing of all parties concerned to keep us up to date and get the deal over the line. Excellent service from all members of the sales team, Rebecca, Melissa, Grainne - thoroughly efficient, quick to respond, friendly - and Sue in Progression. Ours was a long one year process with the exchange date being postponed several times as well as the completion date on one occasion. I was just about to write a review about P&B and in particular Becca and then saw what someone else had written which has shocked me. Then I saw that this 'person' just writes bad reviews on everything! For us, Becca was very professional and polite when valuing our house. She clearly knows her stuff and P&B just seem that bit classier than your usual estate agent.

From start to finish, the team has been professional, friendly, helpful, always available to answer any queries quickly and efficiently.
