We were the buyers in a property sale transaction and we were very impressed and very happy with the level of service that was provided to us by Park & Bailey. As first time buyers, both my partner and I were offered help and assistance at every corner, no question was a silly question and assistance was given promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner. From start to finish Park & Bailey made the process very easy and in fact we closed just over 12 weeks after we made our initial offer! We are very happy with the level of service offered. Park & Bailey were agents for the house we were buying and we are very happy with the service. Rob helped us out with negotiations and we got the offer accepted on the house we really loved. The team then also helped us further along when we had complications on our sale, they communicated really well with our agent on sale and the sellers. I was a buyer in a transaction where Park & Bailey were the agents. In summary, I was extremely impressed - particularly with Sue who was our Sales Coordinator. Unlike an agent, she is dedicated to pushing the transaction along post offer/acceptance. Having this really improved our buying experience. Our sale was handled by Rob, who also did a few viewings. He was friendly and helpful, and when it came to our offer his communication was outstanding. He turned the whole negotiation around in one day! All in all, I’ve never had such a good experience with estate agents. We’d be happy to use Park & Bailey in future.

We have recently purchased a house through Park and Bailey. We found their service to be of a very high standard from the start of the process. At each point along the way we were kept informed and updated. Not only that, the staff genuinely cared about us as a family and listened to our specific needs and concerns. As our purchase progressed we spoke to different people, the number of people that managed our case appeared to be kept to a minimum, just two or three. Meaning that we always had a named person to speak with.  Each member of staff was skilled and knowledgeable about the purchase process and knew our case well, which definitely eased the stress. We owe a huge thanks to Becca, who was our initial point of contact at Park and Bailey and was a constant presence throughout the process. Now we can’t wait to move in!

Have bought and sold multiple properties and can honestly say Park & Bailey were by far the best estate agent I'd the pleasure of working with. Team is professional, knowledgeble and helpful. During our property search Rebecca was very helpful to find our next home and later Sue during sales progression. We had regular communication about the progress and any challenges. The house was secured very quickly once we put the offer in, it took a day to have it all agreed and offered to us, Rebecca did a brilliant job there.
