Right from the viewing stage Park & Bailey stood out from other EAs in the Coulsdon region - the staff I dealt with (Rob, Becca and Grannie) were all really courteous and professional, and accommodating as well. This is a strong contrast to some EAs I've dealt with who were just pushy and sometimes plain rude. What impressed me even more is Park & Bailey's Sales Progression team - Sue has been absolutely amazing at chasing all parties to achieve exchange - within 2 months of my offer being accepted!
