You extended all the love and support during the initial days of negotiations by being transparent about what vendors expectations are in terms of the asking price etc. The professionalism which you have shown to us is highly appreciated. We have experienced elsewhere the estate agents think we are not the serious buyers and behave differently with us; however Grainne was an exception to it & we could sense she was respectful and trusted US. All i can say Grainne is that HUGE THANKS TO YOU and please continue do what you do - I am sure people will remember how you treated them 🙂 Sue Hodson I think Sue is a true asset to Park & Bailey. To be honest she took all the risk on her shoulder when our first mortgage was turned down by the lender (not our fault but the credit agency reported my partner name incorrectly). The days were stressful getting the name correction with credit agencies, speaking to the mortgage brokers, arranging the deposit amounts & co-ordinating with estate agents etc but Sue trusted us and gave us enough time to arrange the necessary paperwork etc.She went an extra mile to convince the vendors about the situation regarding the delay in the process which really helped us where we are today. Sue - please consider our sincere thanks YOU have positively impacted our lives. You have been very kind to us and I am sure you will impact many more lives at work good luck 🙂 TO the entire PARK & BAILEY team Thanks for making our first home purchase very special as we welcome our new BABY into the new house.
