Thank you to everyone at Park and Bailey. We all know that the housing market is not easy at the moment and in our case one potential purchaser pulled out just as we were about to exchange. But Rebecca and the team introduced a new buyer to us within a few days.Again there were problems through no fault of ours when when another buyer further down the chain failed to proceed.As can be imagined the stress of all this was huge but we got there is the end. We are in our new home. We would also like to thank Sue in the progression office for her help and support and her constant chasing of all parties concerned to keep us up to date and get the deal over the line. We will be happy to recommend PB to anyone.
