Having just completed a purchase through the Coulsdon office of Park & Bailey I’d be remiss not to thank the whole team for their help. Rob was a fount of local knowledge during the viewings then Ginette and Sue in the sales progression office led the communication between buyer, seller and the solicitors, keeping us informed through the process and rapidly answering any queries. UPDATE: The buying experience with Park & Bailey was so good that when we eventually came to sell it didn’t occur to me to use anyone else.
