I have asked you to stop putting your cards and flyers through my door . I spoke to you 2024/5 and you said you would stop it , but it still happens a card two days ago and now a flyer 10 minutes ago . Why do you respect my wishes . If If I wanted to sell it would not be through you because I find you harassing . I have no intention to sell so please look to gain your profits/ sale percentage somewhere else !
Reply from Park & Bailey - Coulsdon: I am sorry that you have continued to receive our marketing materials despite your previous request for this to stop.
I apologise that your request was not actioned correctly. Your address has now been added to our "do not deliver" list, and I have asked the relevant team to investigate why this was not done previously to help prevent it from happening again.
We respect your decision not to receive our marketing materials and regret the frustration this has caused. If you receive any further cards or flyers from us, please let me know so I can investigate this further.
