Becca and Sue were absolutely wonderful and made the entire process very easy and seamless. We were initially a bit concerned since we were purchasing a property that was yet to apply for grant of probate. But Park and Bailey kept us informed all along the way and we ended up completing way before we anticipated. Hand over of keys was went to plan as well so we are very happy buyers!
