We put our house up for sale through P&B at what proved to be an extremely difficult time in the property market prompted largely by the rapidly rising cost of living, inflation and the consequent frequent increases in interest rates. Notwithstanding this the team at P&B sourced a good number of genuine, relevant potential buyers and in the end produced for us a very successful outcome.
