I first came in contact with Park and Baily (Rob and Chris at Coulsdon office) back in October 2017. Unfortunately at that occasion, I was unable to secure the property I wanted. I did make it clear to Chris that I would be interested in the property if the original sale fell through. After 2 months of radio silence, I got a call from Chris - who had clearly remembered of my interest in the property - about the property coming back on the market. From the moment my offer was accepted (mid-December) to getting the keys (mid-Feb) the service was flawless between Chris and Ginette.
