Corby Letting Agent
The Henderson Connellan team have been looking after my properties for three years and I have no complaints. There is always someone to answer the phone if I have a query, they keep me informed of any issues promptly and make the whole experience of being a landlord effortless. I strongly recommend them to all my friends who have "buy to let" properties. They offer a top class service.

Professional, careing, friendly and approachable staff
I have dealt with Henderson Connellan over the last four years from using them to sell my mothers home as she was going into a care home, purchasing my own home and renting out my previous property and buying a let property. On each separate occasion I have found ALL the staff very professional, friendly and approachable and was always kept up to date on how things were going. If I need to use an estate agent again in the future I will not hesitate to use Henderson Connellan again, very highly recommended.

SOUND FOUNDATION FOR PROPERTY

Honest and professional approach - have used many times.
I have used Henderson Connellan in Corby many times to find tenants for my properties. I trust them implicitly. They will not simply put in the first applicant that comes along but ensure that I get the best tenant.who is available. I find them friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Professional. Different to the others
As a buyer we found HC extremely professional. They knew details of every property viewed including locality (unlike other agencies who send a 'viewer' out who in some cases has never even seen the property before). Negotiation honest and smooth. As a landlord Sarah and the team handle some difficult situations with utmost professionalism. Highly recommend HC.

Sale & Rental
Used H&C to sell a property earlier this year - 9 viewings in he first week of marketing and sold very soon after. Paddy and Phil were fabulous and ensured a swift and painless transaction. I have subsequently rented via H&C, again, can't fault the service and efficiency. They found me the perfect property and ensured the letting process was swift and painless (not many agents willing to source a new property for a client with a dog but this was not an obstacle for H&C)

Letting and sale of house
All the staff who have dealt with the letting of my house then the sale were all good and approachable. They dealt with issues that occurred as quick as could be done and were good at chasing things up too.

Excellent - can't fault them at all.
We rented a property through Henderson Connellan in 2015 and I was extremely impressed with the service they offer. They listened to our (very specific) needs and matched us to a property the same day. They are also very quick to go through the necessary processes and don't charge anywhere near as much as some lettings agents for checks etc. I dealt mainly with Sarah, in the Corby branch, and found her to be warm, friendly and professional. They seem to work much longer hours than other lettings agents too, so questions get answered quickly. Henderson Connellan are one of the few agents out there who represent and care about the needs of the tenant as much as the needs of the landlord. I highly recommend them.

I use Henderson Connellan for property sales, purchases and rentals.
I have always had a first class service from the WHOLE team at the Corby branch. I have used the for selling, buying and rental management. Over the last 12-18 months I think I have had reason to speak to every one in the team. Each and every one of them are always friendly, professional and extremely helpful, respectful and reliable. They all do a fantastic job.
