The staff are initially professional and helpful, when you look to purchase if property through themselves. The sales information and photos were extremely poor. They soon become, complacent once the sale is going through. I would not recommend this company to buy or sell a property

Poor attitude from staff in branch. Lettings dept are rude and unwilling to help.

No support at all for tenants, very much landlord based.

Hello Nyomi, we do have to follow instructions from landlords as primarily, they are our client and we are the managing agent working on their behalf. We do our utmost to help tenants where we can and feel we assisted as much as possible to improve your situation.

I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and my contract as a School Office Manager was terminated in June due to my being too unwell to return to work.I live in a 3 bedroom house which I was struggling to afford anyway and with my son due to go to uni in September I'd have been left as a single person in a 3 bedroom house.I requested to terminate my lease early because of this unfortunate change of circumstances but feel the whole thing has been handled badly.Despite handing my notice in weeks ago, the property was only advertised 2 days ago (I have been checking daily). I am now unable to hand my keys in until the property has been leased to someone else and I have moved to an area that is about to go into a tier 3 lockdown, which will make it impossible to get the keys back.

Relocated from Darlington moved into the house Work should’ve been done nothing is been done it was that bad I could not live in it because it was dangerous standards will look below standards still haven’t had an apology email or letter did you get all my deposit and referencing checks back not impressed would not recommend this courtesy would have been a letter of apology

Moved my appointment from 9.30 till 10 at 9.20, managed to get that sorted, didn't have the keys for one of the houses and didn't have a booking for the other house I was seeing when I booked them at the same time, on the same phone call. Estate agent wasn't particularly friendly and neither was the lady that called to push my appointment back. Had a couple of comments which I wasn't very comfortable with either. Even if I can only afford a 70.000 house it dosent mean I should be treated differently or have sarcastic comments. Removed my subscription with them and will not be looking at any houses with them again. I've had the wind taken out of my sails for looking at my first house.
