The Low fell branch sold our house within 4 weeks of it being on the market (I do sometimes think this is luck depending on who is looking in the area at the time as we did only have 2 viewings) the service from the team at low fell however was very professional & helpful. The main person who helped us was Donna from the sales progression team based in Houghton-le-spring. She was always on hand to help,went above & beyond in helping the sale go through including doing a lot of the work for another estate agent who we were buying from as they didn't return calls.
