These were the worst landlords I’ve ever had. They do not care about students at all. We lived in black mould for a year, and were told to just wipe the mouldy paint off the walls which was falling off from damp. My flatmate contracted eczema from the mould, which lead to infection and a cyst which had to be surgically treated (the doctors said it was from mould induced eczema). Emails asking for any repairs were ignored for months. For example broken back door which led to slugs coming into the bedrooms and all over the carpets. They couldn’t even fix a broken fridge handle they just ignored our emails about it the entire year. The following year we moved out and had Bristol student lets which i can’t recommend enough , they were amazing and fixed everything on the same day and actually cared. You’ll notice all the good reviews are from landlords who use robin king, not tenants.
