We viewed a property in Langford which needed total refurbishment.We were lucky in that Tom MEAKIN was assigned to our two viewings. Whilst he understandably had the interests of his clients best placed he was extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests. In the end we regrettably had to concede that the work necessary was going to be too involved and costly. I felt bad making the ‘bailing out’ phone call but Tom took it in his stride and did his best to ensure that I didn’t feel awkward. An absolute credit to his company.
