I have NEVER in the years of being in a customer service role EVER had service like it. We bought a house in Churchill recently and we were dealt with from start to finish in the most amazing way. Seamless is an understatement. Ruth at the agency was the lady that showed us round the property and her ability to sell a house and her level of care during the negotiations and after exchange have been impeccable. I have sent her a work related email at weekends and late at night (not that I was expecting a reply back that day) she responds almost immediately. She dealt with everything so swiftly and she was so supportive emotionally when I had any concerns. She made me feel like the house was meant to be ours from the very beginning. She is to be honest superb at her job (no, I am not related or friends with anyone at robin king! Lol) All the staff I spoke to on the phone should Ruth be out on another viewing, were professional and polite and helpful.
