After reading so many negative comments I was a bit apprehensive about Jackson and Co. They have surprised me in a very good way. Ellie my agent found us a great property in a good location, took the time to meet us through a quick video call as I was scared this property was a scam, took time to let my parents see the property for us as we were based in another country, allowed us to visit the flat once we were in town, answered all our questions as she found the answers and was always willing to help. This is just the beginning of our journey with Jackson and Co but I am very pleased with the service I have had so far. I believe they do their best keeping in mind they have to manage hundreds of properties. No complaints. I will write another review at the end of tenancy. Thank you Ellie! Thank you Jackson and Co! **After one year tenancy** I am now updating my review after our one year tenancy with Jackson and Co. We have had no issues at all with Jackson and Co. I was worried because of reviews I had read that I would not get my deposit back and that was not the case. I got my deposit back 2 weeks after I left the property. I was very pleased and this is why I’m leaving a good review. They have been very helpful since the beginning of our move from Scotland, down to Colchester and during our move out. I cannot complain and would recommend them and even go back to them if I were to go back to the area. That’s all! Thank you Jackson and Co!
