Sunni has been helping us find a property and she has been excellent. We have found the property and Sunni has been efficient as processing all the paperwork.

Changed review after moving in, they ask you to rate them 5 stars as soon as possible which is sketchy as is. Half the furniture in the flat is knackered and they've avoided all our emails, terrible service, unprofessional and do not care about tenants.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews!!! After I picked the apartment the agent asked me to leave a nice review and I did. Jackson&Co are completely useless and unprofessional. I moved into my apartment in September and the first few days were an absolute nightmare. The apartment reeked of cat piss and it was dirty. The smell was so bad that I didn't even sleep in the apartment the first night. No one bothered to come and actually check the state of the apartment. There were stains on the walls, the radiators were burned, a desk that collapsed when I tried to move it. I immediately went to the office and asked for someone to come and clean the apartment. The cleaning lady didn't do absolutely anything, she assessed the apartment as clean and for whatever reason she couldn't feel the smell of piss which seems very bizarre to me . I spent 3 days cleaning the floors myself, on my knees, as it was a hard wood floor I had to brush every crack. The apartment wasn't professionally cleaned as it was supposed to considering that the pervious tenant had a pet. The furniture was destroyed by the cat and I had to get rid of it myself because, again, no one was picking up my calls or emails. Don't waste your time with this people because they can't be asked to do their jobs!

I have used jackson & co a number of times and found them to be professional and helpful.
