I would like to place on record that Andrew Harker at Curchods, Cobham was extremely helpful with regards to our purchase. It was reassuring to know that if Andy said he would do something then it would be done. There was never a need to chase. It was important for us from the outset to have an idea about the likely timescales to exchange and completion. Given the twists and turns invariably involved with such a transaction, his time prediction was uncannily accurate. Experience does count. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew.

Professional and very fast in finding us a buyer! The team was very knowledgeable about the market conditions and were able to advise us on the best way to market the property as well as pricing it. Would not look anywhere else if you are looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
