Really good service from Curchods Cobham. They gave genuine, sound advice and a realistic valuation. The most important part of the sales process is communication. Neil and the team kept us updated throughout and put up with us even when things got stressful! I also felt we got just the same level of excellent service even though our property was at the lower to middle end of the Cobham spectrum. There are many estate agents in Cobham and, after meeting Neil, our gut feel was to go with Curchods. Very pleased we did. An all round good experience.

Neil the Valuer was so comfortable to deal with, like talking to an old friend, and spot on with his valuation. No price inflating to try and win business. From putting it on the market the whole team worked as one, keeping me fully in the picture and giving frequent updates.
