From start to finish my experience was first class. Curchods really know the property around Cobham. Neil the Valuer was so comfortable to deal with, like talking to an old friend, and spot on with his valuation. No price inflating to try and win business. From putting it on the market the whole team worked as one, keeping me fully in the picture and giving frequent updates. Messages were always passed on, and requests for call back we’re followed through quickly. I dealt mostly with Lisa who was just lovely, could not have been better, nothing was too much trouble, and very empathetic. Patrick was very professional, giving me good advice. Debbie followed through very efficiently with all the paperwork. Together they sold a rather difficult house, and I will be eternally grateful to the team who always dealt with me kindly courteously and effectively.
