Mortimers

We completed our purchase of a property through Mortimer estate agent at their Clitheroe office. The whole process went very smoothly and we are really happy with the overall experience. I would like to mention Lewis Hunter in particular, who looked after us really well. He gave regular update phone calls and responded promptly to solve any issues that arose during the purchase. This meant a stress free purchase for us. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

as a buyer ( Mortimers acting for seller ) Mortimers , Clitheroe and especially Lewis Hunter were simply exceptional . As a commercial surveyor myself i can offer nothing but platitudes to Lewis and his professional and 'on point ' service . Quite simply a 10/10 score for Lewis .

Always very helpful and professional and thank you

Fantastic to work with these guys.. having just bought a property through them 👍🏻 …

My dealings were mainly with Alix who was very efficient and contacted me with regular updates. I found all the staff were extremely pleasant and professional in all aspects.

We are very pleased with Lewis and the team at Mortimers. We found Lewis to be very professional and he kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mortimers and would use them again in the future.

It was a pleasure to deal with Lewis and his colleagues at Mortimer’s, Clitheroe. Lewis is always cheerful, proactive and very helpful. Any information requested arrived back within minutes to my email. Lewis kept me informed during the whole property purchasing process. It is refreshing dealing with all staff at Mortimer’s Clitheroe. They have a young and dynamic team. Nothing is any trouble for them. They are flexible with additional viewings of the property, even at last minute. PERFECT. Thank you BlankaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I communicated mainly with Lewis. I had offered on a property, the offer got accepted however unknown to myself at the time the property that I had offered on was leasehold. My personal preference was to buy this property freehold. Lewis tried tremendously hard to coordinate this process. He went out of his way to contact whoever he could in order that we could get a positive resolution. Once the builder leaves it is not an easy process especially if these organisations give you the run-around and don't call you back. I appreciated everything Lewis did for me and we built quite a good working relationship. Lewis kept me informed every step of the way and I am pretty sure it was learning curve for Lewis. The boy did good and I hope he will advance in his career. Lewis thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
