Despite a little bit of a rough start once I’d advised James at Mortimers Clitheroe of my intention to proceed with buying into a shared ownership property he has been exceptional. James has dealt with the housing association on my behalf chasing them for updates and helping me to provide all the documentation they asked for. Ultimately I’m now in my new property and loving it.
