We had a great experience buying our forever home with Mortimers, we initially dealt with Ben who helped us find a house and showed us round, he was extremely friendly and professional and was always keeping us up to date with any updates. Once the sale had been agreed Lewis helped us through the rest of our process, Lewis really helped us work through to completion by working with and chasing all the various stakeholders (so that we didn’t have to!) he ensured that everything kept at a fast pace and consistently updated us with any progress or updates, He was also very friendly and professional throughout.
