Angela from Robert Watts in cleckheaton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the process was extremely smooth and i never felt like things weren't moving, nor did i have to chase up things that needed doing. you hear horror stories from people who have bought houses/ their first house but for us everything was seamless. would definitely recommend if you're looking for an estate agent to buy/ sell with. Also wanted to note that Mike that showed us around the property was just a joy, nothing was too much trouble and he even took time to interact with our 1 year old twins, Mike made a huge difference to our experience, and stood out a like compared to other people we had viewed houses with.
