We have looked into this and reply as we did to your partner above, its a competitive rental market and please let us state quite clearly, we do not set the rental prices. This is simple supply and demand and if the Government keeps forcing private landlords out of the market rents will rise unfortunately. We sympathise with you having to work but we were clear in our requirements and we cannot be to blame if you didn't respond and we have other tenants waiting.
