Gus Critchlow from Hinckley area showed us around. He was a really friendly guy, very knowledgeable about the property, went into depth about all the details. We've had previous experience with other agents where they had no clue about any of the details and never bothered with any follow up to our questions. Gus and team's comms were great. Tour video was also very good and gave us a better idea of the space and condition of the property. Will definitely use Gus again future if possible.

Gus Critchlow at Ewemove Hinckley has been superb throughout the purchase of our new property. The chain was protracted and presented a number of challenges along the way, however Gus was extremely proactive and consistently chased up and down the chain to ensure all parties were aligned and completion was seemless.
