Fantastic experience from day 1 till completion. Gus and Gemma worked tirelessly to get our house sold. They were available all hours and weekends. I had total trust in them both and felt like they are actually very sincere and genuine. I would highly recommend this estate agents because they didn't do the bare minimum, like other agents we have been with, but went above and beyond at every stage.

Our recent house sale was the second time we’ve had dealings with Gus Critchlow at EweMove Hinckley, the first being the sale of the Mother in Law’s house following her demise. However, this time we went for broke, after deciding to find somewhere quieter following our retirement from the rat race! Without doubt, Gus has provided the most professional and honest views of the in’s and out’s during the process of selling our house. He always kept us up to date with regards to the interest in our house and managed to find a buyer in around six weeks! Come moving day, he was there to assist us with sorting out issues we were experiencing as a result of the removal firm making a ‘pigs ear’ on the day - even going as far as guiding the removal guys on what needed to be done, and helped lift heavy items down stairs. We have met Gus twice when he showed us around two different properties. He’s a very friendly , professional person who is very knowledgable about the properties which in our experience is unusual. Whilst the properties we looked round where not right for us we would purchase the right property through Gus knowing that he had given honest, knowledgeable information during the viewing .
