Been looking at buying my first home with my partner, had 12 viewings altogether with different agents. It's no coincidence we ended up buying a house through Gus at Ewemove Hinckley. We experienced the whole spectrum of agents: pushy ones, lazy ones, rude ones and straight incompetent ones, but from the very beginning Gus was brilliant, called me shortly after I sent the viewing request, extremely flexible, even coming in on his day off (Sunday) to allow us to view without taking time off work. We couldn't get access to the garage during the viewing so he made us a full schematic of all the measurements and a video of the inside of the garage, as well as a video of the house, which we found very useful. Gus was extremely quick with taking our offer to the vendor and we had the offer accepted (subject to proof of funds) within two hours. From there Gus has kept in constant contact with us giving us advice and updates, as well as answering my inane questions at all hours! After renting for a few years at uni and after graduating I had zero confidence in agents, but Gus at Ewemove has been incredible, couldn't recommend this agency enough
