During the viewing I noticed how clued up the estate agent Nathan was about the property, being able to answer all of our questions about it. Once a sale was agreed their communication was excellent, keeping me updated at every stage right up until completion. They were also more than happy to answer any questions I had and resolved them very quickly. I would definitely recommend Steve Grantham to anyone buying or selling a property.

Steve and the team really are amazing. Nathan was great when selling, lots of advice and ensured he knew all about the property before arranging viewings. Steph is the best liaison person while the sale is going through. The team provided the best support all the way through the process and kept us fully informed of all information at all times. They proactively engaged with other agents and solicitors in the chain to ensure we had the best information available as to what was happening and what was still needed. House buying and selling is a stressful experience but was made much less so by the team.
