For context, this review appears to have been left following an interaction outside our premises while you were carrying out parking enforcement duties. During a period when the parking bays outside our office and the neighbouring businesses had been temporarily suspended for two days for planned roadworks. Those roadworks did not ultimately take place, but the parking restrictions remained in force and enforcement officers were present in the area extensively during that period. Any disagreement or frustration arising from an interaction while carrying out parking enforcement is entirely unrelated to the service our business provides. We therefore feel that leaving a one-star review telling potential customers not to use our business is both unfair and misleading, given that you have never actually used our services. We’re always happy to receive genuine feedback from customers about their experience with our business, positive or negative, but we don’t believe a personal disagreement unrelated to our services is an appropriate basis for a business review.
