Not all Estate Agents are like this. They really went the extra mile - particularly Lucy and in her absence Paula. We were the purchasers, but they kept us informed all the way. I would recommend them. They helped our purchase go smoothly despite a few hiccups along the way. We certainly got more support from them than from our selling agent!
