The initial selling price was a little ambitious but the flat finally sold, which is the main thing. All in all I'm happy with Perry Bishop's attention; always courteous, always polite and , looking back, they did as good a job as I would expect. Would I tell others to use them? Yes, definitely.

Selling a house is not fun for anyone! Perry Bishop, for the most part, were incredibly helpful and conscientious in dealing with my property sale. It was not easy with tenants in the property and an ever-changing world with the flux in interest rates and the UK government invoking constant changes to policy. The sales team led fantastically by Lynne were brilliant at keeping me up to date with viewings etc, providing feedback and also providing valuable advice as needed. Once sold STC, delays were frustrating and Perry Bishop were a little slow off the mark to keep things moving and keep me updated, however, I simply can not fault them when, at the seventh hour, my solicitors did not comply with the agreed exchange dates and Jade and her team worked tirelessly to keep the process on track. I would highly recommend Perry Bishop in Cirencester.
