I was very impressed with TLC. From first meeting Tom, I found him to be very friendly and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Tom’s photographic abilities were excellent and I was really pleased with the standard of the photos used, they certainly enhanced the property. All house viewings were carried out very efficiently. Even though the sale of my house was straight forward, Tom always acted with professionalism and was very patient with my many telephone queries. Tom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after. Tom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting. From the beginning to the end I was kept informed and given advice and guidance as to the most suitable tenants. A very extensive set of photographs, of the standard of decoration, was undertaken as a record. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to let their property to contact Tom as soon as possible because you will be very pleasantly surprised. From the very first time that Jim came to value my parents house and Stephanie dealing with my multiple questions, right the way through to Mum and Dad being sat in their new lounge, Perry Bishop have been the personification of professional. The move took approx 9 months (no fault of Perry Bishop!!!) and they kept us in the loop on a very regular basis. I have nothing but total admiration for ALL of the staff. His patience and professionalism is absolutely first class and top drawer; he had PLENTY of scenarios which would have had a Saint in tears!
