Lots of hiccups on the way having been gazumped (thought this wasn't meant to happen these days) at the last minute, and then having found a new property our buyer decided to pull out - after nearly 4 months! This of course was very frustrating as we had to start all over again. Finally a new buyer was found which enabled us to offer on a property.
