From the very first time that Jim came to value my parents house and Stephanie dealing with my multiple questions, right the way through to Mum and Dad being sat in their new lounge, Perry Bishop have been the personification of professional. The move took approx 9 months (no fault of Perry Bishop!!!) and they kept us in the loop on a very regular basis. I have nothing but total admiration for ALL of the staff. As we had most of our dealings post-sale, I can't speak highly enough of Mark Thompson, the Sales Progression Guru. His patience and professionalism is absolutely first class and top drawer; he had PLENTY of scenarios which would have had a Saint in tears!
