If only all estate agents were like Perry Bishop. Maggie (sales) was very helpful during the purchase negotiation, which I ended up having to do twice due to losing my own buyer. Mark (sales progression) was extremely good throughout the whole ten-month process. He worked very hard right through the chain over a prolonged period to keep things on track and frequently managed to obtain information and updates that nobody else could. If I ever sell my new house, I will know who to call.

Good humoured, on the ball and very courteous. While the house took a while to sell, Perry Bishop were good at communicating and when it came to progressing the sale were very proactive and focused. Even with issues in the chain, they kept the sale in progress and finally completed. Would happily recommend.
