Excellent service, fast communication
We dealt with Thorgills to negotiate renting a property in the Chiswick area. All staff were extremely prompt and helpful throughout the process. The communication was super fast, which meant all queries were dealt with super efficiently. Haffeeza did a great job enabling the contract sign and paperwork, overall we were really happy with our choice!

Fantastic effieciency and thorough care from start to finish
Chantelle worked tirelessly to make sure the contract went through on time. She arranged furniture and other services for us we required with great care and full attention. We had a few hurdles to overcome getting the deal over the line but nothing was too much for Chantelle to handle. I would highly recommend Chantelle and Thorgills based on my experience, which was handled with true professionalism throughout.

Flexible and helpfull
Karim was out point of contact for our property searches with Thorgrills. We did not have the classic set of viewings several hundred pounds over our budget and we took a property through Karim. Karim also sorted out a second viewing very quickly and this was much appreciated. Karim was contactable and facilitated our negotiations with the landlord smoothly,

Great, efficient and friendly service
My experience with Thorgills was very positive. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Andy Glowacki carried out a lot of property visits and all the results were promptly communicated to me as a landlord. I had very specific requirements for a tenant, so I suppose I was a difficult client to please, but I'm very happy with how it all worked out.

Good service
Alice has been super efficient during the arrangements for agreeing a new tenancy and Tomek was very understanding when we didn't like the 1st tenants they found for us and just set about to find some others (whom we found more suitable) Good service all round so far!
