Outstanding professionalism and customer service, discretion and a great manner

We had a fast turn around between offer and moving date which required the purchase of some new furniture and a gas safety certificate. Chantelle arranged for us to meet the tenants at very short notice (we made the request Saturday morning and met them that evening). She gave us a great recommendation on British Heart Foundation for some unwanted furniture and was helpful at every point. New beds and the gas safety certificate were in pace by Monday with a moving in date of Tuesday. At every point I felt Chantelle was reliable and in control, on top of detail and looking out for BOTH the tenants and ourselves as landlords. This is our second experience using Thorgills to find tenants and our first experience working with Chantelle. I would definitely recommend both the agency in marketing and identifying tenants and Chantelle in helping us manage every aspect of the process once provisional tenants had been identified.
