Great service - nothing was too much trouble!

From the very outset Chantelle and indeed the whole Thorgills team have been excellent! Great service - nothing has been too much trouble! I highly recommend them. I have one observation that will help reduce the whole team's workload. i would emphasise that this is not a criticism. There has been a lot of duplication of requests, emails and work, which I think could be avoided with some means of cross-referencing or centralising client communication. This would certainly save everyone a lot of time and reduce the potential for errors or confusion. I hope this helps. Many thanks again for such great service. All the best ' Duncan
