Downsizing is no easy task andafter searching elsewhere I contacted Jayson Wicks of Parkers Properties in Chinnor. He is a very polite, personable young man who brought his knowledge of selling houses, local markets and trends to the job. He advised on selling price, giving the research and experience behind the decision. He advised on timing. He advised me whenever I had a question about the soundness of what was happening all the way through the process. I had a secure offer within two weeks and the sale was completed. The company supports the whole team making the huge decisions so much easier. I would reccomend Jayson Wicks in particular, but Parkers Properties in in Chinnor wholeheartedly.
