THANK YOU CHARLOTTE! Charlotte showed us around the property which we just exchanged on, she could see how much I loved it from the get go and I could already see how down to earth Charlotte is. Charlotte kept me informed throughout this whole process and no question was ever too silly, on top of this I became a massive nag and Charlotte reassured me many times of different things and was always willing to answer any questions and speak to me. What I love best is the fact Charlotte didn’t talk in all the Jargon, nothing was too stupid to ask, and was always happy to speak and explain in a way I could easily understand!
