Communication throughout the purchase process was challenging, with messages not being responded to in good time or at all, and clearly not being relayed between ourselves as the purchaser and the vendor, in good time or at all. Whilst the ultimate outcome was positive as we moved into our first family house, this made a big move for a young family unnecessarily challenging at times and led to a poor purchasing experience.

Previously we have lived in Marlow, Hughenden Valley, Naphill, Walters Ash, Prestwood and Loudwater. We set up EweMove Chilterns in 2016 after experiencing poor customer service from a traditional high street Estate Agent when selling a property. Prior to that Julian worked in residential block management and Rachel was a National Account Director in hotel sales. Now it's your turn.
