No ethics and not customer friendly. Looks like Negotiators are not bothered about helping prospective clients. Never reply to calls. Not a proffessional team.

Went to the wire with a property before being told it was non-standard construction and had structural issues. Which they knew about the whole time. Not illegal (but should be.) Bad, just bad. Won't trust this agent a second time.

Hi Mark As discussed by email - I am sorry that you were not advised at the viewing that this particular property was a steel frame construction. Any defects have been fully repaired. We have been mentioning this to as many clients as possible as it is not in our interest to hide anything and have been sending the Structural Report to all parties. To make sure this doesn’t happen again with non standard construction properties we will write this on the brochure. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to my attention. 99% of the houses to let from this company dont accept none working applicants, disgraceful and discriminatory and basically stereotyping all people on benefits

Hi Emily. Thanks for the message - but you have only asked to view one property and the property had multiple applications on it from working tenants. The landlord had made the decision to proceed that way. If you have a working guarantor we will put your application forwards. So your statement is not true. dont listen when contacting them rang up got told to do something did it and then they moan about doing it not very good 1 star

Hi Brandon - thank you for your comments. I think you are reporting an issue with the way in which you left the property you rented through us. Unfortunately if you leave the property unclean and damaged - we have no option but to deduct funds from your bond. I am sorry you feel this is not fair - but we have stuck to the correct protocols.
