I had a really positive experience with Gary, the Viewing Specialist at Archer & Co. He was friendly, approachable and genuinely took the time to understand my personal circumstances. He went above and beyond to help, offering thoughtful advice and suggesting other properties that might be a good fit for me. I thought Gary represented the company really well, with his professionalism, knowledge and genuine willingness to help. Kelly was a fantastic help in particular. Our process was quite lengthy (through no fault of the agency) and Kelly was always quick to respond and answer our questions. Every email was responded to same day, whatever the query. Highly recommend and thank you Kelly.

Jen showed us around 2 properties back to back. She was a fountain of knowledge on the work that had previously been done and was forthcoming with discussion around what could be done to the properties. She was there with the information at the right times but also left us to explore at our pace, never feeling rushed. Archer & Co are by far the most professional and prepared estate agent I have dealt with in Chepstow, brochures on each property and very courteous on the phone and in person.
