The Archer & Co team at Chepstow office had been incredibly supportive throughout the process. There have been some ups and downs during the journey with loosing our first sale early on through no fault of the agent and it didn’t take long before we sold again. The team provided confidence in the house valuation and presented a professional quality advert which soon attracted buyers through the doors. They all had hands on approach, no silly question was a problem, we were kept up to date with the progress. We cannot thank enough for the drive to make it happen for us. Jen showed us around 2 properties back to back. She was a fountain of knowledge on the work that had previously been done and was forthcoming with discussion around what could be done to the properties. She was there with the information at the right times but also left us to explore at our pace, never feeling rushed. Archer & Co are by far the most professional and prepared estate agent I have dealt with in Chepstow, brochures on each property and very courteous on the phone and in person.
