Perry Bishop - Cheltenham

I was very impressed with the service provided by Perry Bishop's Cheltenham office when selling my property recently. From the very beginning I had every confidence in Ben, Sam and the team, that they were doing their best for me, from valuation through to marketing and finally getting the sale through satisfactorily. It wasn't the most straightforward sale but they provided good advice and support and kept me informed of any developments in a timely manner. I would thoroughly recommend them.

My husband and I are older and completely disorganised with health problems. The wonderful staff at Perry Bishop helped and supported us buy our dream home and sell our property. Their patience was endless. It was all handled seamlessly and professionally .

As sellers, we appreciated the support and advice from Neil Buck during the fraught period between agreeing terms with our buyers and exchange of contracts. Sam Smith gave us her attention to detail whenever needed. However, we had to reduce our price to agree a sale and Perry Bishop's fee was based on the original offer price - in retrospect we wished we had agreed a percentage fee arrangement.

It was a pleasure to deal with Sian who helped me with an appraisal.

Perry Bishop proved to be friendly, efficient and most capable in getting my Flat onto the market. They kept me up to date on progress and chased up others as required. I was pleased and impressed with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Had a great experience with Ben and Sam at Perry Bishop when purchasing a house. Ben was very friendly and professional and made the process straightforward. Again Sam was very friendly and approachable - she gave frequent updates keeping me in the loop. She was a pleasure throughout. Thanks to them and the whole team!

We engaged Perry Bishop to handle the sale of a late relative’s property and dealt primarily with Ben and Sam. Despite living at some distance, the process was extremely smooth. They provided regular unsolicited updates, replied promptly and with clarity to any queries, and all interactions were professional and friendly. A full price offer was achieved in short order. I cannot fault and would highly recommend their services. Thank you all.

Very useful help and advice from Craig on our mortgage. Explained our options very clearly; progressed our application quickly and always kept us up to date. Thanks!

We engaged Perry Bishop to market our detached country property on the outskirts of Cheltenham. They delivered a good standard of service, from excellent photos and brochures to excellent internet coverage. Always professional and friendly in our conversations and meetings, listening to our concerns and adapting accordingly. Estate Agents often get bad press but in our experience Perry Bishop were excellent.
