Perry Bishop - Cheltenham

The family and I would like to thank Perry Bishop, Leckhampton for making our house move as stress free as possible. Sophia was very helpful and accompanied all viewings for my elderly mum and even the surveyor when we couldn’t get there. Ruth was great at keeping us updated once the sale had been agreed. Would definitely recommend the team at Leckhampton, very friendly, helpful and professional.

I recently sold my house with Perry Bishop and can highly recommend! I was looked after by Sam and Neil and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Clear, regular communication throughout, with phone calls always answered or returned super quickly. Loved the viewers feedback cards left after each viewing too. My house was sold very quickly and I was guided through, (what can be a stressful process at times) with reassurance and support. Thank you!

Amazing to work with. We had to be a bit pushy to get a viewing on the house we eventually bought as they seem to be very popular thus little availability but I'm glad I persevered. They looked after us and the buyer really well with timely communication, lots of helpful suggestions for surveyor and the whole process went smoothly and quickly!

Nothing like that fresh key feeling! Fantastic buying experience with Perry Bishop, Sam helped us through the whole process super smoothly and was just a lovely person to speak with generally. It felt like the whole team really understood our circumstances and knew the timescales of every step. Even though you know as a buyer they represent the seller, it never felt that way, as we were perfectly mediated through the whole process. They recommended external services for the mortgage, surveys and moving companies, of which we went with their recommended surveyor who was excellent. We sorted our own mortgage and moving companies, but amazing to know they had these services on hand if we needed them. All in all, an amazing and smooth buying experience, and I'm now a very happy and proud owner of a beautiful home 🏡

The team at Perry Bishop in Leckhampton, Cheltenham are a proper team. Communications were prompt, reliable, realistic and honest particularly from Sophia, Gavin and Ruth. Sold our family home of 30 years just before Christmas and have already recommended PB to others. They work hard and also chased things down on our behalf. Thank you so much.

Siân at Perry Bishop Cheltenham has been absolutely fantastic in helping us find tenants for two of our properties. From start to finish, she was helpful, informative, and incredibly professional. Her communication was spot-on throughout, keeping us updated at every stage and offering clear advice whenever we needed it. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to her attention to detail and expert knowledge. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Siân and the team at Perry Bishop – a brilliant service from start to finish!

Absolutely fantastic agents! As a conveyancer, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Abby Sutcliffe on multiple transactions now and it really is a pleasure. Abby is so friendly, approachable, proactive and professional, nothing is too much trouble. Without her support on some of our matters, we definitely wouldn’t have got them over the line as quickly. Abby really is the ideal agent to have in your corner, as both a buyer or a seller. It’s always lovely to work closely with Abby and I look forward to continuing to do so on our current and future matters. Thank you so much again Abby, you really are a gem!

Great experience from start to finish I was buying a property through Perry bishop. Easy to get an appt when it was convenient for me, knowledgeable about the property. Good comms when submitting my offer. Sam talked me through each step and held my hand through the process, always happy to help and stay on top of things Really recommend and thanks !!

We had excellent service from Abigail and her team at the Leckhampton branch. They were highly professional, achieved an outstanding sale, and were lovely people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Perry Bishop were very supportive throughout the sales process, from assessing the value of our home, to getting viewings lined up and then through the stressful process of getting from an offer to completion. I would recommend them to anyone in the Cheltenham area looking to sell their property.
