We have just completed our house sale and it's been a great pleasure using Perry Bishop with Abby Sutcliffe advising us and Neil and team supporting. We changed estate agents to Perry Bishop after 12 months and then quickly achieved the full asking price and completed. It must further be said Abby recommended a great local solicitor ( the previous estate agent used one in another county !!!). Well done Perry Bishop, selling a house in not as straight forward as when we bought it 30 years ago, but the process was smoothly and enthusiastically driven along. John K
