We decided to sell our house with CJ Hole after a very thorough viewing of another property. The estate agent really knew the property & area. This was our first move in 24 years & the staff talked us through the whole thing. The first buyer dropped out just before completion & the staff helped us through this difficult time, then got us back on our feet & sold the house again very quickly. The support they gave us was above & beyond expectations.

Since buying our very first

Since buying our very first property to let, Jack has helped us by answering all our questions and making sure we fulfil all our landlord obligations. He replies to emails promptly and thoroughly and made it seem like nothing is too much trouble. He also makes sure we don't spend more money than we need to for repairs etc. His colleagues (whom I have not met) also seem to be professional and efficient either by email or on the telephone.

Both my wife and I found the staff at CJ Hole very easy to communicate with and they simplified our house move so that whatever we wanted was never too much trouble. They accomodated our wishes for multiple viewings and despite having a probate matter to clear with the Vendor, everythign went really very smoothly in a professional approach.
