Usually one doesn't have a good word for estate agents. This is not so with C.J Hole. The team could not have been more helpful, often going beyond the call of duty to get the sale completed. Mine was particularly complicated as it involved getting retrospective planning permission as it was a listed building. They were a great help here and I would almost certainly have lost the sale if it had not been for them. They were worth every penny of the fee.

CJ Hole were excellent from the start of the process to the finish! They were so friendly and organised in getting lots of initial viewings for the property then once sold we had quite a few challenges and therefore a lengthy process, through no fault of CJ Hole. C J Hole are an excellent choice to sell your property. I must have sold through them on eight occasions now. Twice I have been tempted away to other agencies .... on both occasions I had to move the property to C J Hole to sell it! Excellent. We initially had 5 valuations and after meeting with Jeremy from C J Hole, we decided to use this company.
