Usually one doesn't have a good word for estate agents. This is not so with C.J Hole. The team could not have been more helpful, often going beyond the call of duty to get the sale completed. Mine was particularly complicated as it involved getting retrospective planning permission as it was a listed building. They were a great help here and I would almost certainly have lost the sale if it had not been for them. They were worth every penny of the fee.

CJ Hole were excellent from the start of the process to the finish! They were so friendly and organised in getting lots of initial viewings for the property then once sold we had quite a few challenges and therefore a lengthy process, through no fault of CJ Hole.
