Usually one doesn't have a good word for estate agents. This is not so with C.J Hole. The team could not have been more helpful, often going beyond the call of duty to get the sale completed. Mine was particularly complicated as it involved getting retrospective planning permission as it was a listed building. They were a great help here and I would almost certainly have lost the sale if it had not been for them. They were worth every penny of the fee.

Letting my property through CJ Hole has been a pain free experience. Jess has always been a friendly voice on the phone to assist and advise on the rare occasion issues have arisen. I can highly recommend their service.

C J Hole are an excellent choice to sell your property. I must have sold through them on eight occasions now. Twice I have been tempted away to other agencies .... on both occasions I had to move the property to C J Hole to sell it! Jeremy Prosser has always been the most effective and professional agent in town; his staff are always exemplary but on this occasion a special mention must be made of Jenni Moore (cheerful and focused through an extremely complicated Sale).
